Twitter Gets Sued For Letting Famous People... →
Now, some company called VS Technologies is suing Twitter, alleging that it infringes on a patent of theirs, entitled “Method and system for creating an interactive virtual community of famous people”. Next time you see someone posting something that isn’t theirs on Tumblr or Flickr or DeviantArt or wherever else, let them know what you really think. That they are killing the internet. And of course, every time you do that, the Internet...

Joe Yonan writes up his most recent trip to Austin. Miss it all the time. Inspired me to see if Donn’s Depot still exists (yep, that’d be a bar in a railcar). It does. :)
